📦 How to Return an Item
Eligibility for Returns: You can request a return/replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please ensure the Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.
Starting the Return Process: To begin, Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory. email us at bazaarseller@zohomail.in to request a Return.
Sending Back Your Item: Once you have your Return confirm, Please pack the item securely in its original condition and ship it to:

Processing Refunds or Exchanges: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
Please make a note all policies are applicable only to returnable products.

Select items labeled as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns.
⚠️ What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?
No problem at all! If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us right away. Once your damaged/defective product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
