Are your products made using traditional methods?

Yes, most of our products are prepared using traditional recipes and time-tested methods to preserve authentic taste, texture, and nutritional value.

How do you ensure product quality?

We work closely with verified sellers and producers. Products are carefully selected, quality-checked, and packed to maintain freshness, hygiene, and safety.

Can I sell my products on BazaarSeller?

Not just yet! Right now, BazaarSeller is focused on carefully curating and presenting authentic Indian products. In the near future, we plan to open our platform for small producers and women-led businesses to showcase their products digitally. Stay tuned — we can’t wait to support more makers soon!

Does BazaarSeller only sell food products?

Currently, our main focus is on traditional food items and daily essentials. In the future, we plan to expand to other genuine and high-quality products that align with our values of authenticity, purity, and supporting local producers.

🛒 Ordering & Gifting

How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by selecting your desired products on our website, adding them to the cart, and filling in your shipping and payment information on the checkout page.

Can I gift BazaarSeller Product?

Yes! We offer special gift packaging. You can select the 'Gift Wrap' option during checkout and enter the recipient's address.

Can I include a personalized message with my gift?

Yes! You can add a short personalized note during checkout. This way, your gift from BazaarSeller feels extra special and thoughtful for the recipient.

🚚 Payment & Shipping

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major payment methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI (e.g., Google Pay/PhonePe), and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected locations.

What are the delivery charges?
  • Prepaid Orders: Delivery is on us! It's completely FREE.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD you need to pay an extra ₹50 online, and the rest when your order arrives. No hidden extra charges.

Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our delivery partner, we are unable to cancel it.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time is 3 - 7 working days. However, external factors such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

What payment methods are available?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and COD (selected locations).

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS. You can also check your status by visiting the 'Track Order' page on our website.

📦 Returns & Support

What is your return and damage policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • Returns: Not happy? Request a return/replacement within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.(Applicable only to returnable products, Please read our Refund & Returns Policy ).

  • Damaged Products: In the rare case of damage, contact us immediately with photos. We'll make it right.
